La mia recensione, purtroppo, si rifrisce quando lo chef ancora gestiva L'Assiette Charolaise. Mai in vita mia ho mangiato della carne così buona, e pensare che abito nel Monferrato, famoso per la qualità della carne. Anche il ristorante era simpatico, con un piccolo dehors dove si stava tranquilli a bere il Chateaumeilland gris assieme al cibo stellare.

My review, unfortunately, dates back to when the chef was still running L'Assiette Charolaise. I've never eaten such good meat in my life, and I live in the Monferrato area, famous for its quality meat.
